Korea Festival

So on the weekend Genzai, Tara and me went to the Korea Festival in Frankfurt. We were so looking forward eating some Korean food. Sadly they only had stuff that looked like something from an Asia-Restaurant like fried noodles with meat or vegetables. We were so disappointed. Anyway in the end we bought some filled waffles with red beans. I guess it's the Korean style of Taiyaki. It tasted great. But I like the Japanese ones more. I didn't take a picture though. I kinda forgot it. Haha.

It was so nice and warm. So this is what I looked like that day.

Dress: Liz Lisa ♥ As you know I'm so in love with it!

Sice a while I'm doing Baito at an Izakaya. So I get a bentou everytime when I'm going there. It's amazing! It tastes so good. The first time I gut grilled salmon, salad with sesame sauce and rice. This time I also got some grilled fish, tsukemono (cucumber) and rice.

I ate it with miso soup. Tasted great! I guess from now on I take more photos of the bentous I get.

Since I've a lot of stress for a while now I decided to use a face mask to relax my skin which is always quite dry. I want to try out different masks I can use in the plane in summer when I'm going to Japan to do my internship in Wakayama-ken. The plane air is always so dry. So I want to use a maske to refresh the skin.
This is what I tried today:

This time it's the "AQUA Tuchmaske" by Balea (dm drugstore).
It's not a lotion or peel off mask. It's a mask you lay on your face for 10 minutes and remove it afterwards. I liked the smell and the feeling on the skin. I feeled so refreshed within seconds. It's not too sticky or something. I really liked it.
My skin became very soft and isn't dry anymore. It feels quite nice and silky.
So I guess I'll give it 4/5 points because of the price because I think about 1€ is too much for a one-time face mask while other masks cost ways less and I can use them more than one time.

Anyway...
Today kareki and serialhorrorshow will come here since we're going to the Dir en grey concert in Cologne tomorrow. We'll cook Curry Rice but this time I won't do the roux myself. Next time I will do and tell you about it.

Last but not least I'll do a little Forum a favor. This is a Gyaru Forum. It's German only but there are not many members yet. Would be great if some more would join! Just click on the button.

See you!

Starbucks & Recipe #3

Since I read about it on my dashboard I went to Starbucks and tried out the new Matcha Frappuccino and Matcha Latte. Also I tried Starbuck's Cinnamon Roll.

This is Tara's Frappuccino. I took it with low-fat milk and without cream since it's too sweet for me. Still it's very sweet but I like it. I'll try it again without any sugar or whatever they put in there. I guess I don't like too sweet Matcha. Anyway it was really good. Also the hot Matcha Latte tasted great! For the smallest size (tall) you have to pay 4,10€ here. Without cream it usually was 3,50€ but I also paid 4,10€ for the same at another store. Mohaghi had to pay 3,70€ for the same stuff. So I don't really get how they make those prices. Anyway... It tastes so good.
The Cinnamon Roll also was quite fine but a bit dry. I like the ones from Tully's Coffee Shop more.

This time I'll add another Recipe. It's for a Coconut-Parfait. It's also possible for vegetarians and vegans. So I guess many of you will enjoy it during summer!

For 3~4 servings you need:
1/2 can coconut milk
1 pineapple
some cookies
1 cup cream (for vegetarians/vegans: use soy cream)
1 can Nata de Coco (you usually get it in Asian food stores)
Agar Agar

Make the agar agar as described on the package. Add the coconut milk to it and let it cool down a bit. Crumble the cookies and put it into the bowls. Now put the coconut milk on it and let it cool down so it becomes firm. Pour the water of the nata de coco out of the can and let it drip. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Whip the cream. Add the pineapple and a bit nata de coco on top of the firm coconut milk. Now put the cream over it and add some more nata de coco. Cool it down in the refridgerator for some hours. Enjoy you meal!

I hope you like the parfait. Please tell me about it or post a photo of yours for me!
Of course you can also add some ice cream or sponge cake or whatever else you like.
